I'm a a breakfast girl. I love finding good breakfast recipes. So when I saw the original recipe in Gooseberry Patch's Almost Homemade, I knew I had to make it my own in a crock pot! And this Crock Pot Bacon Egg Breakfast Pie did not disappoint! Yum!

How to Make Bacon Egg Breakfast Pie in a Crock Pot
Roll out your pie crust in the bottom of your lightly greased 6-quart crock pot, pressing it into the bottom. Evenly place your Canadian bacon on top of your crust. Sprinkle with cheese and pour your eggs on top. Salt and pepper. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours.

- 5 oz pkg Canadian bacon
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 large eggs beaten
